This study intended to explore the relationship between mental health and quality of life among displaced people at Abu-Shook camp, Alfashir city, North Darfur State. The researcher applied the descriptive method, stratified random method applied by selecting (400) displaced. The tools of data collection consist of the following parts: primary data collection sheet, Mental Health Scale designed by Cornel, and Quality of Life scale designed by Fresh. The data analyzed by the computer applying the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) using the following tests; Factor analysis, Pearson and Spearman Correlation Coefficient, T-test. The most important results of the study are as follows: The general feature of mental health of displaced in Abu-Shook camp is statistically above the average. There is no significant difference in mental health between men and women. There is significant positive correlation coefficient between mental health with the following variables; age, educational level, and quality of life of displaced people in Abu-shook camp. There is no significant interaction between levels of quality of life with gender on mental health of displaced people. There is no significant interaction between levels of quality of life with age on mental health of displaced people. There is no significant interaction between levels of quality of life with educational levels on mental health of displaced people. Finally, this study reached certain abstracts that's quality of life of displaced people at Abu-Shook camp is better and fine which reflects positively on their mental health
