ملخص الدراسة
عنوان الدراسة: الأفكار اللاعقلانية وعلاقتها بإدارة الوقت لدى عينة من طلاب جامعة حائل.
أهداف الدراسة: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى:
الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين الأفكار اللاعقلانية وإدارة الوقت لدى طلاب جامعة حائل.
التعرف على الفروق في درجات الطلبة على مقياس الأفكار اللاعقلانية و الفروق في درجات الطلبة على مقياس إدارة الوقت تبعا
لاختلاف الجنس (ذكور،إناث).
التعرف على الفروق في درجات الطلبة على مقياس الأفكار اللاعقلانية و الفروق في درجات الطلبة على مقياس إدارة الوقت تبعا
للتخصص(أدبي،علمي).
التعرف على الفروق في درجات الطلبة على مقياس الأفكار اللاعقلانية و الفروق في درجات الطلبة على مقياس إدارة الوقت تبعا
للسنة الدراسية(السنتين الأوليتين ،السنتين الأخيرتين).
التعرف على اختلاف ترتيب الأفكار اللاعقلانية لدى أفراد العينة تبعا(للجنس ، التخصص،السنة الدراسية).
التعرف على اختلاف ترتيب الأفكار اللاعقلانية لدى الطلبة ذوي إدارة الوقت المرتفع وذوي إدارة الوقت المنخفض.
معرفة هل تأتي المسارعة إلى النوم في مقدمة مضيعات الوقت لدى أفراد العينة.
منهج الدراسة:استخدم الباحث في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي.
عينة الدراسة: تكونت عينة الدراسة( ٣٦٦ طالباً وطالبة)من طلاب جامعة حائل. ( ١٦٠ )ذكور،و( ٢٠٦ )إناث.
أدوات الدراسة:استخدم الباحث ١- مقياس الأفكار العقلانية واللاعقلانية إعداد سليمان الريحاني( ١٩٨٥ م).
٢- مقياس إدارة الوقت من إعداد الباحث( ١٤٣١ ه- ٢٠١٠ م).
الأساليب الإحصائية:تم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية.،معامل الارتباط بيرسون،اختبار (ت)
نتائج الدراسة:
١- توجد علاقة ارتباطيه موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأفكار اللاعقلانية وإدارة الوقت.
٢- لا توجد فروق بين الجنسين على الدرجة الكلية لمقياس الأفكار اللاعقلانية،فيما جاءت الفروق على فكرة اللوم الزائد للذات
وللآخرين جاءت لمصلحة الذكور،وفكرة الحلول الكاملة جاءت لمصلحة الإناث.
٣- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكور والإناث في إدارة الوقت وذلك في اتجاه الذكور.
٤- وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين طلاب التخصص الأدبي وطلاب التخصص العلمي على فكرة طلب التأييد والاستحسان، وفكرة
اللوم القاسي للذات و الآخرين ،وذلك في اتجاه طلاب التخصصات الأدبية.وعلى فكرة تجنب المشكلات، وفكرة علاقة الرجل
والمرأة،وذلك في اتجاه طلاب التخصصات العلمية.
٥- وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين طلبة التخصص الأدبي والتخصص العلمي على كل من: أهمية الوقت،التخطيط،وضع الأهداف،
الأولويات،،مجموع أبعاد إدارة الوقت بفاعلية،المجموع الكلي لإدارة الوقت وذلك في اتجاه التخصص الأدبي.
٦- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات الأفكار اللاعقلانية لدى طلاب السنتين الأوليتين وطلاب السنتين
الأخيرتين.
٧- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات إدارة الوقت لدى طلاب السنتين الأوليتين وطلاب السنتين
الأخيرتين.
٨- لا يختلف ترتيب متوسط درجات الأفكار اللاعقلانية باختلاف كل من(الجنس،التخصص،السنة الدراسية).
٩- يختلف ترتيب متوسط الأفكار اللاعقلانية بين الأفراد ذوي الإدارة العالية للوقت والأفراد ذوي الإدارة المنخفضة للوقت.
١٠ - أن المسارعة إلى النوم تأتي في مقدمة مضيعات الوقت لدى طلاب جامعة حائل موضع الدراسة.
التوصيات:
١. تبني الجامعة لعدد من البرامج الإرشادية الوقائية والقائمة على تعزيز التفكير العقلاني من خلال الكشف عن الأفكار اللاعقلانية
وتفنيدها لدى الطلاب.
٢.تبني الجامعات لمقررات تهتم بإدارة الوقت لدى طلابها لإكسابهم مهارات إدارة الوقت .
٣.قيام مراكز الإرشاد الأكاديمي بالجامعات بإقامة دورات متخصصة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس من الجنسين في الكشف عن الأفكار
اللاعقلانية لدى الطلاب،وتزويد الأساتذة بآلية إكساب الطلاب مهارات
Summary of the Study
Study Title: irrational ideas and their relationship to time management in a sample of students from the
University of Hail.
Study Objectives: The present study aims to:
1.Disclosure of the nature of the relationship between irrational ideas and time management among students in
the University of Hail.
2.To identify differences in the degrees of students on a scale of irrational ideas and differences in students
scores on the scale of management time depending on the different sex (male, female).
3.To identify differences in the degrees of students on a scale of irrational ideas and differences in students
scores on the scale of management time depending on the specialty (literary, scientific).
4.To identify differences in the degrees of students on a scale of irrational ideas and differences in students
scores on a scale depending on time management for the school year (the first two years, the last two years) .
5.Identify the different order of ideas among members of the irrationality depending on the sample (sex,
specialty, academic year).
6.Identify the different order of irrational ideas among students with time management with high-and low-time
management.
7.Do you come to quickly learn to sleep at the forefront of wasting time with the sample.
Methodology: The researcher used in this study, the descriptive approach.
Study Sample: The study sample consisted (366 students) of students from the University of Hail. (160) males
and (206) females.
Tools of the study: The researcher used the 1 - standard ideas of rationality and irrationality preparation 1-
Suleiman Rihani (1985).
2 - standard time management prepared by the researcher (1431 -2010 AD).
Statistical methods: the use of averages and standard deviations., Pearson correlation coefficient, test (t)
Results of the study:
1 - There is a positive correlation statistically significant between irrational ideas and time management.
2 - There are no differences between the sexes on the measure of the overall degree of irrational ideas, while the
differences came to the idea of excessive self-blame and others came for the benefit of males, and the idea came
complete solutions for the benefit of female ..
3 - There are significant differences between males and females in the management of time and in the direction
of males.
4 - There are significant differences between the students of specialty literary and students of scientific
specialization on the idea of requested support and approval, and the idea of blaming the harsh self and others,
and in the direction of student disciplinary literature. And the idea of avoiding problems, and the idea of the
relationship of men and women, in the direction of students of scientific disciplines.
5 - There are significant differences between the majors and specialization of scientific literature on each of: the
importance of time, planning, setting goals, priorities, the sum of the dimensions of time management
effectively, the total management time and in the direction of literary specialization.
6 - There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of irrational ideas among students
in the first two years and students of the last two years.
7 - There is no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of time management among students
in the first two years and students of the last two years.
8 - Do not order different average degrees of irrational ideas is different for each of (sex, specialty, academic
year).
9 - different order of the average irrational ideas between individuals with high time-management and
management of individuals with low time.
10 - to rush to sleep in the forefront of wasting time with the students of the University of Hail the subject of
study.
Recommendations:
1. The adoption of the university for a number of preventive and outreach programs based on the promotion of
rational thinking by revealing the irrationality and refute ideas of students.
2. The adoption of the decisions of the universities concerned with the management time to the students to acquire time
management skills.
3. The counseling centers at universities academic administration of specialized courses for faculty members of both sexes
in the detection of irrational ideas among students, teachers and provide a mechanism providing the students with time
