مشكلة البحث :
تتبلور مشكلة البحث في التساؤلات التالية :
١- ما هو حجم العنف الأسري في مجتمع الدراسة ؟
٢- ما هو تأثير العنف الأسري على إنحراف الأحداث؟
٣- ما علاقة بعض أنماط العنف الأسري بإنحراف الأحداث ؟
٤- ما هي التدابير الوقائية الممكنة للحد من تأثير العنف الأسري على إنحراف الأحداث؟ .
أهمية البحث :
تتمثل أهمية هذا البحث في المحاور الآتية:
١- تحديد الأسباب والعوامل المؤدية إلى ظاهرة إنحراف الأحداث يساعد المختصين في إتخاذ التدابير
الوقائية للحد من تأثير هذه العوامل على إنحراف الأحداث .
٢- تحديد حجم ظاهرة العنف الأسري في مجتمع الدراسة من شأنه أن يساعد على وضع البرامج المناسبة
فيما يتعلق بالتعامل مع الأحداث المنحرفين .
٣- تحديد العلاقة بين العنف الأسري وانحراف الأحداث يبرز حاجة المجتمع إلى رفع مستوى الوعي
الأسري بأهمية إتباع أساليب التربية والتنشئة الأسرية الصحيحة في التعامل مع الأبناء.
أهداف البحث :

٢- التعرف على العلاقة بين العنف الاسري وانحراف الأحداث في مجتمع الدراسة .
٣- التعرف على علاقة بعض أنماط العنف الأسري بانحراف الأحداث في مجتمع الدراسة.
٤- محاولة التوصل إلى تدابير وقائية من شأنها أن تحد من تأثير العنف الأسري على انحراف الأحداث.

تحاول هذه الدراسة الإجابة على الأسئلة التالية :
٥- ما هو حجم العنف الأسري في مجتمع الدراسة ؟
٦- ما هو تأثير العنف الاسري على انحراف الأحداث في مجتمع الدراسة ؟
٧- ما علاقة أنماط العنف الأسري بانحراف الأحداث في مجتمع الدراسة ؟
٨- ما هي التدابير الوقائية التي من شأنها أن تحد من تأثير العنف الأسري على انحراف الأحداث؟
منهج البحث :
إستخدم الباحث في هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي الإحصائي ، وتم إختيار عينة البحث بطريقة قصدية غير
إحتمالية ، وتم تحليل إستبانات البحث بإستخدام عددًا من الأساليب الإحصائية بواسطة حزمة البرامج الإحصائيية
للعلوم الإجتماعية " "spss
أهم النتائج :
١- أجاب ما نسبته ٧٨ % من أفراد عينة الدراسة بأن أُسلوب الحوار والنقاش كان مستخدمًا داخل أسرهم
كطريقة لحسم الخلافات مما يعني ملاءمة الجو الأسري لظروف الأحداث .
٢- أجاب ما نسبته ٢٨ % فقط من أفراد عينة الدراسة بأنهم كانوا يعانون من العنف الأسري وهي نسبة
منخفضة .
٣- كانت جنحة السرقة أبرز الأسباب التي بسببها تم إيداع الأحداث دار الملاحظة الأمر الذي برره بعض
المبحوثين بأنهم قاموا به بسبب عدم الانفاق الكافي عليهم من قبل آبائهم .
٤- من أبرز أنماط العنف الاسري الموجود لدى أُ سر أفراد العينة _ كما تعكسه استجاباتهم _ العنف اللفظي إذ
جاء في المرتبة الثانية بعد إمتناع الأب عن الانفاق على الحدث بما يلبي إحتياجاته .
٥- بينت النتائج بأن حجم العنف الأسري داخل أسر الأحداث المبحوثين كان درجة وجوده منخفضة .
٦- توجد علاقة بدرجة متوسطة بين بعض أنماط العنف الاسري وإنحراف الأحداث.
٧- أجاب ما نسبته ٦٧ % من أفراد العينة بأنهم قاموا بإرتكاب الفعل المنحرف برفقة اصدقائهم مما يعكس
الأثر الواضح للصحبة السيئة وتأثيرها على الحدث ودفعه نحو الانحراف .

The importance of this research is manifest in the following aspects:
1- Identification of the causes and factors leading to the phenomenon of juvenile
delinquency will help the specialists take precautionary measures for limiting
the impact of those factors on juvenile delinquency.
2- Identification of the size of the phenomenon of family violence in the
study society will help in devising the adequate programs in regard of
dealing with the delinquent juveniles.
3- Identification of the relation between family violence and juvenile
delinquency indicates the society's need for raising the level of family
awareness of the importance of following correct methods of education
and upbringing in dealing with the children.

6- What is the impact of family violence on juvenile delinquency in the
study society?
7- What is the relation of the various types of family violence to juvenile

violence on juvenile delinquency?
Research Methodology:
In this research, the researcher used the statistic descriptive method and the research
sample was chosen in a deliberate non probability based method and the research
questionnaires were analyzed using a number of statistical methods through the
social science statistical package (SPSS).
Main Results:
1- 78% of the study sample individuals answered that dialog and discussion
were used in their families as a method for settling disagreement, which
means the family environment was adequate for the juveniles.
2- Only 28% of the study sample individuals answered that they suffered
from family violence, and this is a low percentage.
3- Theft delinquency was the most prominent reason for depositing the juveniles
in the social observation home, which has made some researchers say that
they did so because of insufficient sustenance by their parents.
4- Of the most prominent family violence types in the families of the sample
individuals, as reflected by their responses, was verbal violence by the
families of the sample individuals which ranked second after refusal by the
fathers to provide the needs of youngsters.
5- The findings indicated that the size of family violence inside the researched
juvenile families was of little existence.
6- Some relation exists between some types of family violence and juvenile
delinquency.
7- 67% of the sample individuals answered that they committed the wrong act
in the company of their friends which reflects the remarkable impact of bad
company the juvenile leading him to delinquency.
