هدف البحث إلى التعرف إلى الاعراض النفسية والاجتماعية المصاحبة للاصابة بالايدز لدى مرضى الايدز بمركز الإرشاد النفسي والعلاجي بمستشفى أم درمان التعليمي وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات . تم اختيار العينة عشوائياً ، وبلغ حجم العينة ( 50 ) فرداً من مرضى الايدز بمركز الإرشاد النفسي العلاجي بمستشفى أم درمان التعليمي بولاية الخرطوم ، ( 27 ) من الذكور و( 23 ) من النساء. تم استخدام مقياس الأعراض النفسية والإجتماعية المصاحبة للايدز ، بالإضافة إلى استمارة البيانات الأولية شملت ، النوع ، العمر ، المستوى التعليمي، الحالة الإجتماعية والفترة الزمنية للإصابة مكان السكن والمهنة . بعد إجراءالدراسة الميدانية وجمع البيانات تمت عملية التحليل الإحصائي بواسطة الحاسوب وتم استخدام اختبارات . (SPSS) ، برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية (ت) لمتوسط مجتمع واحد ، اختبار (ت) للفرق بين متوسطي مجموعتين مستقلتين، حساب معامل إرتباط الرتب لسبيرمان لمعرفة دلالة الإرتباط ، اختبار توكي ، تحليل التباين الأحادي لمعرفة دلالة الفروق ، تحليل التباين الثنائي لمعرفة دلالة التفاعل بين المتغيرات. وجاءت النتائج كما يلي: توجد علاقة إرتباطية سالبة بين الإصابة بالإيدز والأعراض النفسية والإجتماعية المصاحبة لها، عدم وجود فروق في الأعراض النفسية والإجتماعية المصاحبة للايدز تعزى لمتغيرات ، العمر ، المهنة. ووجود فروق فردية في الأعراض النفسية والإجتماعية المصاحبة للإصابة بالايدز تعزى لمتغير النوع ، الحالة الإجتماعية ، مكان السكن ، فترة الإصابة . ووجود تفاعل بين الحالة الإجتماعة ومدى الإصابة على حياة مرضى الايدز ، وبناء على هذه النتائج قدمت الباحثة بعض التوصيات والمقترحات لبحوث مستقبلية.
Abstract
The study aimed to investigate psychological and social impact suffered
by AIDS patients at the Pschological Counseling Centre at Omdurman
Educational Hospital ,Khartoum Province , in addition to the study of
the difference in category of life , and its attribution to category , age,
educational standard , social status ,time span of affliction of the disease ,
residence location and occupation .The sample was randomly selected.
Sample size was fifty(50) of aids patients at psychological remedial
center at Omdurman Educational center , Khartoum province ,(27) male
and (23)female , measurements of psychological and social symptoms
associating the aids were also used , in addition to data application . The
application . The researcher adopted the descriptive method, after the
field study and collection of data , the statistical analysis was conducted
by the computer and(SPSS) PROGRAMME , (t)test were conducted for
the average of one community, (T)tests for the difference between the
averages of two independent groups , computing the coefficient of
spearman to measure correlation coefficient Toky test , analysis of monodissimilarity
to know the denotation of differences , analysis of the dual
dissimilarity to know the interaction connotation belateen the variables .
the result was that aids patients life at the psychological remedial
guidance Education Hospital is distinguished with affirmation , in
addition to the existence of a negative connection relationship between
aids affliction and the psychological social symptoms that associate it,
plus the existence of differences in the psychological and social
symptoms of aids that refer to the changes of category , age social status ,
educational standard , time span for disease affection ,residence location ,
occupation , the existence of interaction between the social status and rate
of affection for aids patients life , based on the results the researcher
presented some recommendations and suggestions for future researches .
