ملخص الدراسة
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة الضغوط الوالدية لدى آباء وأمهات الأطفال المصابين بإضطراب الذاتوية . حيث بلغ حجم عينة الدراسة (95) منهم (33) آباء و(62) أمهات ، كما أن هناك عينة ضابطة بلغ حجمها (95) منهم (33) آباء و(62) أمهات.
إستخدم الباحث مقياس الضغوط الوالدية بالإضافة إلى إستمارة البيانات الأولية ، بغرض جمع البيانات .
تم تحليل البيانات بواسطة برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية(SPSS).
تم إستخدام مربع كاي ، وإختبار(ت) ، كما تم عرض النتائج بإستخدام الجداول والأشكال البيانية بالإضافة إلى النسب المئوية .
وقد توصل الباحث إلى النتائج التالية :-
1. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضغوط الوالدية ذات الأثر الجسمي ، بينما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضغوط الوالدية ذات الأثر النفسي ، الإجتماعي ، التنشئي ، والإقتصادي تبعاً لنوع الطفل .
- كما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضغوط الوالدية في ( المحور المتعلق بالمشكلات المرتبطة بالطفل الذاتوي ) لدى والدي الطفل الذاتوي تبعاً لنوع الطفل.
2. لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الضغوط الوالدية لدى والدي الطفل الذاتوي والترتيب الميلادي لطفل .
3. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضغوط الوالدية ذات الأثر الجسمي ، بينما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضغوط الوالدية ذات الأثر النفسي ، الإجتماعي ، التنشئي ، والإقتصادي لدى والدي الطفل الذاتوي تبعاً للحالة الزواجية.
- كما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضغوط الوالدية في ( المحور المتعلق بالمشكلات المرتبطة بالطفل الذاتوي ) لدى والدي الطفل الذاتوي تبعاً للحالة الزواجية.
4. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضغوط الوالدية ذات الأثر النفسي ، الإجتماعي ، بينما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضغوط الوالدية ذات الأثر الجسمي ، التنشئي ، والإقتصادي لدى والدي الطفل الذاتوي تبعاً لنوع الوالد.
- كما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضغوط الوالدية في ( المحور المتعلق بالمشكلات المرتبطة بالطفل الذاتوي ) لدى والدي الطفل الذاتوي تبعاً لنوع الوالد.
5. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضغوط الوالدية ذات الأثر الإقتصادي ، بينما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضغوط الوالدية ذات الأثر النفسي ، الجسمي ، الإجتماعي ، والتنشئي ، لدى والدي الطفل الذاتوي تبعاً لتعليم الطفل.
- كما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضغوط الوالدية في ( المحور المتعلق بالمشكلات المرتبطة بالطفل الذاتوي ) لدى والدي الطفل الذاتوي تبعاً لتعليم الطفل.
6. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضغوط الوالدية لدى والدي الطفل الذاتوي ووالدي الطفل العادي .
خلصت الدراسة إلى أهمية إستبصار والدي الطفل الذاتوي بمصادر الضغط النفسي التي تنتج من خلال تفاعل الوالدين مع طفلهما الذاتوي ، وكيفية التصدي لهذه الضغوط ، ورفع الوعي الصحي عن إضطراب ذاتوية الطفولة .

Abstract
The objective of this study is to study Psychological stresses among parents of Autistic children .
The study sample consisted of (95) parents , (33) fathers and (62) mothers of autistic childrenr egistered in centers for he care of children with apecial needs in khartoum state .
The researcher used parents stress scale , in addition to a special designed questionnare to collect data , relevant of the objectives of study .
The statistical package of social sciences (SPSS) was used for data analysis . Chi-square test and (T.test) were used to test the statistical significance of the results .
The result were presented in table , and figures , in addition to percentages .
The results of the study showed that :
1. There are statistically significant differences in stresses of parents of autistic child of physical influence affecting parents of autistic child , but there are no statistically significant differences in stresses of psychological , social , socialization and economical influence related to sex of autistic child .

2. There are no statistically significant relationship between the stresses of parents of autistic child and the birth order of autistic child .
3.There are statistically significant differences in stresses of parents of autistic child of physical influence affecting parents of autistic child , but there are no statistically significant differences in stresses of psychological , social , socialization , and economical influence related to marital status .
-There are no statistically significant differences in stresses of problems of autistic child related to marital status .
4.There are statistically significant differences in stresses of parents of autistic child of psychological , and social influence affecting parents of autistic child , but there are no statistically significant differences in stresses of physical , socialization ,and economical influence related to sex of parents .
-There are no statistically significant differences in stresses of problems of autistic child related to sex of parents .
5. There are statistically significant differences in stresses of parents of autistic child of economical influence affecting parents of autistic child , but there are no statistically significant differences in stresses of psychological, socialization ,and physical influence related to child's education .
-There are no statistically significant differences in stresses of
prpblems of autistic child related to child's education .
6. There are statistically significant differences in stresses of parents of autistic child and parents of normal child .
the study concluded that parents of autistic child should be helped to get insighted with the sources of psychological stresses that face them while caring for their autistic child .

- كما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضغوط الوالدية في ( المحور المتعلق بالمشكلات المرتبطة بالطفل الذاتوي ) لدى والدي الطفل الذاتوي تبعاً لنوع الطفل.
2. لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الضغوط الوالدية لدى والدي الطفل الذاتوي والترتيب الميلادي لطفل .

4. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضغوط الوالدية ذات الأثر النفسي ، الإجتماعي ، بينما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضغوط الوالدية ذات الأثر الجسمي ، التنشئي ، والإقتصادي لدى والدي الطفل الذاتوي تبعاً لنوع الوالد.
- كما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضغوط الوالدية في ( المحور المتعلق بالمشكلات المرتبطة بالطفل الذاتوي ) لدى والدي الطفل الذاتوي تبعاً لنوع الوالد.
5. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضغوط الوالدية ذات الأثر الإقتصادي ، بينما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضغوط الوالدية ذات الأثر النفسي ، الجسمي ، الإجتماعي ، والتنشئي ، لدى والدي الطفل الذاتوي تبعاً لتعليم الطفل.
- كما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضغوط الوالدية في ( المحور المتعلق بالمشكلات المرتبطة بالطفل الذاتوي ) لدى والدي الطفل الذاتوي تبعاً لتعليم الطفل.
6. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الضغوط الوالدية لدى والدي الطفل الذاتوي ووالدي الطفل العادي .
خلصت الدراسة إلى أهمية إستبصار والدي الطفل الذاتوي بمصادر الضغط النفسي التي تنتج من خلال تفاعل الوالدين مع طفلهما الذاتوي ، وكيفية التصدي لهذه الضغوط ، ورفع الوعي الصحي عن إضطراب ذاتوية الطفولة .
